Securely pack your items in their original Airback packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
